The 4/5 combo worked on cards for Mom during Art hour today!
First, we worked on a Super hero themed card that we made by folding a piece of red construction paper in half and cutting out the word MOM then when you opened it up, it said WOW, MOM! inside we spoofed the opening to Superman:Faster than a speeding bullet.
More powerful than a locomotive.
Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.
Look! Up in the sky!
It’s a bird. It’s a plane. It’s Superman!
One that cracked me up were “Faster than a spinning washing machine, More powerful than a microwave. Able to leap tall piles of laundry in a single bound. It’s a Dad. It’s a maid. It’s Supermom!”
The other card involved a little yarn art and the words said, “Mom, no matter the weather, you always bring your own sunshine!” Inside:”Thanks for brightening my days!”
