Mom’s Day

Pizza at the Beach

The tree that we have been waiting twelve years to grow finally got the boot, and for Mom’s Day a new has been planted to take it’s place! Wooo-hooo
Tony’s last playoff game

Tony has enjoyed his time playing Flag football in this league, this being his second year. He had two great coaches who stressed personal improvement over the score. I think he learned a lot and will play again next year!
Rock climbing Practice
Next week the boys will be going out to Joshua Tree to get a Rock Climbing Merit Badge. Today Hubba took them in to get them used to wearing the gear and the feeling of climbing. They did good!

Nick’s Last game–playoffs
Nick played with a great group of kids this year and tonight was the last game, Just thirty more seconds and they could have won it….they had an interception and were just yards from the end zone when the whistle blew! ….talk about exciting!

Crazy Hair & Crazy busy Day
Crazy Hair and Pajama Day in Joe’s Class, Nick’s Independent Study Report was due in today, and it was crunch time in art to finish projects for Mom’s Day!

Track Meet
Tony 2nd track meet. This one was considered a home meet and was at the High School. Again lots of kids running, Tony looked great, but I have no clue who he’s running against! After the meet he did a super cool studly handshake with a kid I didn’t know as we were leaving…made me giggle…

Independent Study Report
Nick’s Independent Study Report is due soon so he began to work on it. His brothers took turns(up on a ladder) taking a picture of each step of his origami process and then he put it together into a video. It turned out pretty cool.
Diablo Tongue
The boys have Boys Scouts tonight and after homework it seemed quicker to go out to dinner sooo we did! And with the kids meal Joe got red Jello, which turned his tongue diablo red!Too funny.

nothing much
I guess I’m not in the picture taking mood without my computer to download them too! Today I didn’t volunteer in the boys classroom because of state testing, and when I went in the afternoon to volunteer in the library it was closed because she took the day off! Seems weird to not be at the school for a whole day! Nice, but weird. Took Hubba’s truckĀ in to get the transmission replaced, went shopping with Hubba for camping supplies. A good ol fashion boring day! Mailed Aunt Robin her curtains that Auntie made..
Uncle Jimmy’s Birthday
Yesterday Nick and i went in search of origami paper for a school project and wind up toys for Uncle Jimmy’s birthday! Today we are preparing, cleaning the house, grocery shopping, wrapping presents. Jimmy didn’t want a cake, instead we partied on banana splits!
